Hello friendlings! Today I have some new, soon-to-be-released Freckles Polish shades to share with you! They are from the upcoming "A Typical British Summer" collection, and they have some very witty names!

"Socks, Sandals, Handkerchief Hat"
"Socks, Sandals, Handkerchief Hat" is a mid-purple crelly with blue stars, pink and yellow squares, and a scattering of blue iridescent glitter. Formula was great. The base was pigmented enough to only need two coats, yet still allowed the bits to be visible. Easy to apply, with minimal fishing required. My swatches show two coats with top coat.

"Should I Take A Coat?"
"Should I Take A Coat?" is a clear based glitter topper with purple and grey hexes, smaller lilac hexes, and very fine lilac and iridescent glitters. the bits were packed in fairly densely and really well distributed, making it very easy to apply with no fishing required. I chose to layer one coat over a pale grey base polish, which gave a really pretty, ethereal look - the iridescent glitter takes on a different colour depending on the colour underneath. My Swatches, as mentioned, show one coat over a pale grey, with top coat.

These two polishes are absolutely gorgeous, and as I have come to expect from Freckles Polish, have really great formulas. I love the idea behind this collection, and the names are really in keeping with the theme - very typical of the British summer time!
