Hello friends! A plain and simple NOTD post is what I have you today!
"Muir Muir On The Wall", from OPI's recent San Francisco collection, is a beautiful, fairly complex shade. It is typical of OPI in that it has a sheer smoky base in which the shimmer pigments are suspended. Its predominant colour is hard to pinpoint, being a plummy reddish purple (I told you it was complex...!), but that isn't all - it also has a duchrome aspect to it as well, shifting through golden bronze shades to a gorgeous olive green at a very oblique angle. Application was typical of this type of polish - the first coat was sheer and patchy; the second coat achieved opaque perfection.
Pictures all show two coats, with base & top coat:
What do you think? This is my only polish from the San Francisco collection, do you have any of them?
Thanks for reading, and come back again soon :) x
